BW-Regal Reception is aptly named for his look at me demeanor, lovely conformation and superb gaits. With his long, elegant lines, and expressive, ground covering gaits, he exemplifies modern sport horse breeding goals. As a foal, he wowed the judges both at his inspection earning Premium (8.3) and breed shows. Regal has been working confidently under saddle at all three gaits since October 2009. He absolutely loves to work and relishes his relationship with his rider, bringing every ounce of himself to each work session. You will appreciate his extremely comfortable, uphill gaits. Regal Reception is value priced due to a blemish on his left hind leg that he earned as a weanling. He has no restrictions on future sport and would be a fantastic prospect for a starting professional, young rider or high amateur to jump start their showing career. Regal is an exceptional prospect for the FEI Young Horse Program.

BW-Regal Reception’s sire is Royal Appearance. In his 100 day test, Royal Appearance placed 4th overall and finished as a Class I stallion, earning 9’s in character, willingness to work, and ability to work. Regal’s dam is Bit A Luck Bit, by Holsteiner Sire of the Year Le Santo, who proved himself as a talented jumper before going on to win Championships at PSG and Intermediare I in dressage.
